About Skvjc

Our History

Establishment of college with experience and social perspective

- Ramesh, Correspondent.

  • Sri Krishnaveni College was established in 1997 under the auspices of Sri Krishnaveni Educational Society with a strong aspiration to impart a good cultural and socially conscious education to the society. The thoughts and advice of my brother-in-law and former presidents of Itikyala mandal Mr Chagapuram Nagan Goud and my colleague Mrs Chagapuram Shyamala are unforgettable. It is no exaggeration to say that this college was established with their cooperation and today it has become a prominent college at the district and state level.
  • I strongly believe that mental development happens with physical development, and in that order, I encourage students to participate in activities like games and exercise. In the same way, I think that external appearance is also very important to students, so I try to adjust the children's dress and their language of dress so that they can be recognized as disciplined soldiers of Krishnaveni College.
  • I was born in Nannur village of Kurnool district in Rayalaseema region of the then United Andhra Pradesh, I completed my tenth standard there and then I did my inter, degree in Gadwala town of Telangana, NSC, (Zoology), B.Sc in Osmania University, Hyderabad. Ed was completed. Having thus cultivated Andhra and Telangana cultures, I was able to set up a college in Gadwala and achieve success as a person who knew the rural lifestyle and rural conditions. Therefore, it is known to all that the majority of the students who studied in this college were rural students. Achieving the state's first position in employment, rural colleges have proved that they are no match for urban areas.
  • This college is not only limited to students' studies and ranks, but also how to live in society! How to overcome the problems faced by them! Moreover, to inculcate social consciousness among the students, we form groups of interested students and students and send them to rural areas through National Service Schemes like NSS to study the living conditions of Akkaki people, their use of health, education and government schemes. Moreover, Krishnaveni College NSS and Youth Red Cross services were unforgettable in providing services to the injured victims in the Krishna Pushkaralandu, 2009 - Nadigadda region which was hit by heavy flood threat.
  • We are proud to say that Shree Krishnaveni Junior College has completed 26 years and is entering its 27th year. We try to impart a good social skill to the students by inviting prominent people of good experience, responsibility and discipline in society as chief guests for the anniversary celebrations held every year and convey their messages to the students. Part of that is to instil inspiration in students by inviting and honouring journalists, prominent royal politicians, judges, police revenue officers, exemplary faculty and teachers as guests.

  • Sri Krishnaveni College was established in 1997 under the auspices of Sri Krishnaveni Educational Society with a strong aspiration to impart a culturally and socially conscious education to society. The establishment of the college was made possible through the cooperation and support of my brother-in-law and former president of Itikyal Mandal, Mr Chagapuram Nagan Goud, and my life partner, Mrs Chagapuram Shyamala. Their thoughts and advice were valuable in this endeavour, and their contributions have helped make the college a prominent institution at the district and state levels.
  • I believe that mental development is closely linked to physical development, and I encourage students to participate in activities such as games and exercise. I also emphasize the importance of external appearance and language, as I believe that these aspects contribute to the student's overall discipline and identity as representatives of Krishnaveni College.
  •  I was born in Nannoor village of Kurnool district in the Rayalaseema region of the united Andhra Pradesh, I completed my education up to the tenth standard in my hometown. I pursued my intermediate, degree in Gadwal town of Telangana and obtained my M.Sc. (Zoology) and B.Ed. from Osmania University, Hyderabad. My experience of being influenced by both Andhra and Telangana cultures has enabled me to establish a college in Gadwal and succeed as someone familiar with rural lifestyles and conditions. As a result, Sri Krishnaveni College has primarily catered to rural students and has showcased its excellence by achieving the top position in the state, proving that rural colleges are on par with urban institutions.
  •  This college not only focuses on students' academics and rankings but also on teaching them how to live in society and overcome the challenges they may face. To instil social awareness among the students, we create groups of interested students and send them to rural areas through National Service Schemes like NSS. This allows them to study the living conditions of people, their health, education, and utilization of government schemes. Additionally, the services provided by Krishnaveni College NSS and Youth Red Cross were remarkable in offering assistance to the victims of the Krishna and Thungabhadra floods in 2009.
  •   We are proud to announce that Sri Krishnaveni Junior College has completed 26 years and is now entering its 27th year. We aim to develop strong social skills in our students by inviting distinguished individuals with significant experience, responsibility, and discipline in society as chief guests for our anniversary celebrations. These guests share their valuable insights and messages with our students. As part of this effort, we also seek to inspire our students by inviting and honouring journalists, prominent politicians, judges, police officers, revenue officers, outstanding faculty, and teachers as special guests.
